Rooms where basic but clean and spacious. Good value for money. For us it was just what we needed. Location was perfect. Close to main attractions. We used the paid parking next to the hotel which was a bonus. Would stay here again.

No complaints from me at all. I had to book in here as let down by another hotel. Rooms nice, clean and well presented. No parking is available but this is a city centre hotel so that was expected.
I stayed at the Norwich Central Travelodge due to its location, it is convenient for public transport just one minute from the bus station. The hotel definitely need a make over but the staff are very kind and polite. Zuzanna in the Bar on breakfast and the Hotel Manager Nalend is very polite and professional. Nice to see her checking the building early the morning and greeting customer. Very well managed.
Stayed there the other night and it’s a really nice and cheap hotel. The people at the reception are really nice and the room was very clean. Thank you for your great hospitality!
The reception staff are very friendly and welcoming. Well behaved dogs are accepted here and there were quite a few when we stayed. Room was very clean and tidy with a very comfortable bed and good amount of tea coffee. Bathroom was well appointed, but the bath, like in most budget hotels was rather small. The cafe/bar doesn’t have a huge amount of space or seating but there is a good selection of food for breakfast. Only complaint about the food is the fact that every Travelodge I’ve been to serves Lincolnshire sausages which are very herby and it would be nice to have a different option as I don’t personally like them. There’s an NCP car park next door which is very convenient however it can be difficult finding a space so you may have to park somewhere else. Despite being next to a very busy road and the bus station, the hotel is surprisingly quiet. Would highly recommend staying here.
I stayed for 3 days, 2 nights as I had a funeral to go to in Norwich. The service and room was spot on, the only complaint about the room would be the bed was to firm for me. As for the location, top of the city is great but the traffic even with the window closed was loud enough to keep waking me up. So overall a good very convenient place to stay, eat and drink but if you are a light sleeper don't expect to get much sleep.
Great bed, hot shower & staff very hospitable, clean bedding, TV, heater and fan in room, hanging space for clothes. Bench in room for paperwork/laptop work. Lost a star on general repair and fittings but only minor observations - stock management (no Guinness) and bar had equipment which continually bleeped like a heart monitor on the first night. Complimentary coffee is awful but not big issue as plenty of shops nearby. Close to transport routes.. lifts to Upper floors. All in all a comfortable stay. Oh - breakfast is good WiFi only free for 30 mins - in this day and age seems pretty mean!
